Drop the CSV off your SpeedCoach or CoxBox. That is all there is. You get your time and your distance from the real start line to the real finish line, then every stroke of the race goes back on the river so you can see where the metres went.
For your own curiosity and your crew's. Nothing here changes, challenges or replaces an official result; the regatta's clock and the regatta's umpires are the record.
No file handy? Try a real U17 4+ from the 2025 Head of the Charles.

Can't find the line you're looking for? If it's your own boat, ask your coach or coxswain to upload the file. Thirty seconds, and your race is here.
Shortest line and fastest time, by discipline. Click a boat to see its whole race.
Races we haven't gated yet. Drop the file, set your own start and finish with the handles, and put it in the library under the race it was. When a race has enough boats in it, we place real gates from the tracks, re-measure every boat already there, and it moves to the official courses.
Yours, and nothing is kept. Drop one file or several. On a known course the real gates apply, so two coxswains down the Charles on a Tuesday get exact lines side by side. Anywhere else, set the start and finish yourself. Download the card or the legs when you're done.
The whole session is shown, switch-on to switch-off. Slide the handles to where the race started and finished; everything recomputes.
Put it in the library and help build the results for every river. It goes in as you trimmed it, labelled unofficial until the race gets its gates. Date comes off the file.
Each file against the first one you dropped. Metres and seconds per leg; green is shorter or faster than the first, orange is longer or slower.
Pick your event and bow number and you'll see where your line and your time sit against everyone else who has asked: in your event, and across all the fours, eights, singles, doubles or quads. Fair's fair: to see the others, yours goes on the leaderboard too, with the event, bow and club, the same as the official results. Old files welcome: 2024 and 2025 go in under their own year.
Your line coloured by split. The dotted line is the reference, the best track we hold for this course. Press play.
Split and rate against distance, each a ten-stroke average, with the gates. Hover to move the boat.
From start is how far into the course each gate sits; the leg is the stretch from the previous gate to it. Orange is metres you rowed on that leg that the reference line didn't; green is metres you saved. Click a bridge to fly to it and see which arch you took.

The page knows where the Head of the Charles start line and finish line are. It reads the GPS track in your file, finds the moment your boat crosses each line, and times and measures the race between them. The button on the box does not matter. For the cleanest result, start the CoxBox or SpeedCoach well before the start line and stop it after you are through the finish; if the box was started late or stopped early, the page estimates the missing few metres at your own speed and says so in the notes. The gates are calibrated against official race times to within half a second. This is for interest and training only: it is not official timing and it does not overrule, dispute or replace any result published by the regatta.
